With this pattern you can choose to knit short socks or regular length socks. They are both knitted in the round, top to bottom in stockinette stitch. You can choose whether you want a folded edge or rib at the top. After the shaft is knitted, the heel is formed with short rows by knitting the back stitches back and forth using the German Short Rows method before the foot is knitted in the round again. The socks sit well on the foot and are suitable for both every day and parties.
