The overall is knitted from top to bottom, back and forth on circular needles, with short rows at the neck. After the neckline, you work a structure based on garter- and stockinette stitch with circular increases. We have used Italian cast off on the sleeves and legs to get elastic and fine ends on the rib. The buttonholes are worked at the same time as the overall in garter stitch. The legs are knitted separately, in the round in stockinette stitch. This is a nice and lovely overall to use for the little ones.
